Dom is a deep tech entrepreneur and investor, capitalising on a decade of experience in strategic and geopolitical risk advisory across EMEA. As an investment partner with Baltic Sandbox Ventures, Dom scouts for emerging dual-use founders, helps portfolio companies scale, and grows connectivity with other innovation ecosystems. As a co-founder of “Delta biosciences”, he manages the venture’s space medicine program and astro-chemistry testing in space. Dom divides his time between London and Vilnius, and is an alumnus of the Paris Institute of Political Studies, and a member of LitBAN.
