Juan Roure, PhD from Stanford University is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Negotiation at IESE Business School and has been a Visiting Professor at some of the world’s most prestigious Business Schools such as Harvard, Stanford, CEIBS and INSEAD among others. He has also:
– Founded his own consulting firm Roure Advisors Group leading strategic offsites and negotiation workshops with top management of referent organizations such as CaixaBank, Repsol, Naturgy, CH Werfen, Esmalglass-Itaca, Memora, Citroën PSA, Banco Santander, as well as advising M&A / Capital raising transactions with companies such as Saprogal and Panreac.
– Served as an advisor in multiple boards such as IESE’s and IAE’s International Advisory Boards as well as The Carlyle Group in Europe, Institut Català de Finances (ICF), Vallis Capital, FEIQUE and several Family Offices.
