Cyril is a venture capital professional and well-known business angel in Baltic countries. In 2023, Cyril was awarded as a Business Angel of the Year in Latvia. Co-founder of two business angel associations: LitBAN (Lithuania) and Angels Band, and Board Chairman at LatBAN (Latvia); actively participates in several CEE angel investor communities, focusing on early-stage technology startups founded by entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe. He knows exactly what potential investors look at when deciding to give the green light to support an investment round. Cyril personally invested in over 20 startups, mostly at the pre-seed and seed stages.
