Martynas has over 19 years of experience in establishing and growing business ventures across Europe. He holds board positions in various companies and NGOs, with a keen emphasis on business development and innovation. A passionate supporter of entrepreneurship, Martynas has initiated numerous social projects to foster its growth. Notably, he recently pioneered the JUNICORNS endowment fund in Lithuania, an innovative venture affiliated with Junior Achievement Lithuania - NGO which equips young people with the employment and entrepreneurship skillsets and mindsets. JUNICORNS invests in startups founded by JA Alumni, seamlessly merging business and philanthropy. The sole beneficiary of the fund is Junior Achievement Lithuania. Through this endeavor, Martynas collaborates with a diverse array of business angels, accelerators, and VCs. Beyond these roles, Martynas is an active business angel and a Founding&Board member of the Lithuanian Business Angel Network.
